Hey there

I’m Corey Belden, a Knoxville Real Estate Agent, passionate about this city and the people dwelling in it. It’s a privilege to serve this community and to have the opportunity to give back to it.

Originally from Boone, NC, Corey moved to Knoxville  as a post grad and has been immersed in the Knoxville community for a number of years now. He graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Business Management and Human Resources which has given him a strong skill set in this exciting and fast paced industry. Unlike most Realtors in our our market, real estate is not a hobby for him, it’s a career that he’s extremely passionate about. It’s been an outlet for him to serve this community and build relationships.

When he isn’t working, you can find him enjoying the many outdoor activities Knoxville has to offer – mountain biking, fly-fishing, wake boarding, hiking in the Smokies – just about anything active that will get him outside. Corey is an on-the-go kind of guy and has a a love for seeing different arts of the world when given the opportunity.

He’s also involved in many professional organizations in Knoxville including the Knoxville Fellows and the Young Professionals of Knoxville. Passionate about serving high school youth, he’s gotten involved in Western Heights at Fulton High as well as his church, Hope Fellowship.

“Everyone who comes to me and hears my words and does them, I will show you what he is like: he is like a man building a house who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when a flood arose, the stream broke against that house and could not shake it, because it had been well build. But the one who hears and does not do them is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. When the stream broke against it, immediately it fell, and the ruin of that house was great.”
